Pointers for maximum success with this drill:

Perform each move with maximum effort, and try to swing faster and faster each time
Take a little rest in between each move as needed to be able to put maximum effort into each swing... Remember this is a speed training drill, not high intensity cardio.
Be sure to not let your swing break down in order to swing faster, and instead let the speed techniques speed up your normal swing without any extra movement in places you don't want it.
Also be sure not to over do it. 2 to 3 sets of either drill at maximum effort every other day is ideal and plenty. It is suggested to add other drills to your training program to compliment these. Repeating the same drill over and over again on its own will result in hitting a plateau.
