I want to show you the 7 Secrets I used to dramatically improve my mobility & increase the size of my shoulder turn from an awful 70 ish degrees or so to a whopping 120 degrees.

Is this for you?

Well...

If you've lost flexibility with age...

If you've had injuries that's caused you to lose flexibility...

If you want a bigger shoulder turn for longer drives...

If you want a bigger shoulder turn for a more effortless swing...

If you want more flexibility so you have fewer aches & pains after your round...

If you've tried various “golf stretches” in the past and gotten little to no results…

Or maybe you actually feel a little looser after stretching (or maybe even have a little bigger range of motion), but the second you try to swing harder on a drive your muscles tighten up just like before…

Even you even considered answering yes to any of these, then this is for you!

Look, I'm a massive dude.

Like 6'8" and built like a tank.

People are often shocked when they see me at the driving range.

Why?

Not because I bomb the ball, but...

Because I make a MASSIVE 120° shoulder turn.

The kind of flexibility even most pros would be jealous of.

Meanwhile, other guys around me up and down the range look like wooden boards when they swing.

But I’m here to tell you without a doubt…

If A 6'8", 300lb Musclebound Monster Can Make A 120° Shoulder Turn, Then YOU Can Certainly Improve Yours!

All it takes is the right game plan.

And I’m going to show you 7 SECRETS you must use to finally break out of your restricted flexibility issues…

And trust me, they’re so simple that anyone can start implementing them immediately.

And with that said, let’s just jump right into it…

SECRET #1- “Traditional Stretching” is the worst for gaining flexibility

This right here is possibly the most important thing to understand if you want to make a bigger shoulder turn or just gain more mobility in general…

“Traditional Stretching” is the most ineffective way of actually gaining flexibility.

And to make matters worse, “Traditional Stretching” becomes even less effective the more inflexible we become…

Funny how that works, right?

You may have also heard “Traditional Stretching” referred to as “Static Stretching” or “Fascia Elongation”.

They’re all the same thing.

Why doesn't regular stretching fix the problem?

Because of something called muscle fascia.

MuscleFasciaDiagram.jpg

This is tough tissue that wraps around your muscles like plastic wrap.

When fascia gets tight, regular stretching barely touches it.

It's like trying to stretch a leather belt wrapped around an exercise band.

InShot_20250320_182019184-ezgif.com-video-to-gif-converter.gif

The exercise band is plenty flexible underneath.

But the leather belt restricts it completely.

The same thing happens to your muscles.

They’re plenty flexible, but the tight fascia surrounding them won’t let them reach their full potential.

You could stretch until you're blue in the face.

But it’s still not happening.

Your flexibility would still be trapped.

This means your shoulder turn shrinks year after year.

Your swing gets shorter.

Your drives get shorter.

And golf becomes about as fun as doing your taxes!

SECRET #2- “Traditional Stretching” is more of a demonstration of flexibility, not how it's built

When you perform an exercise that stretches one or multiple muscles as far as they will go and then hold for time, this is merely a demonstration of your current max range of motion (ROM).

Most golfers make the mistake of thinking performing these will make a dramatic impact on improving their flexibility.

I get where this seems like a good idea…

Shoot, I used to think the same thing if I’m being completely honest.

But it’s kinda like someone who can bench press 400 lbs for 1 rep for example.

That is a demonstration of their max strength, but certainly not how they built it.

Some may think that lifting as heavy as possible for 1 rep every workout is what builds up that kind of strength.

But that is far from the truth.

If it were, then everyone who ever ventured into a gym and tried to lift heavy would be as strong as Superman.

The same is true for flexibility.

Progress is made in other ways, and believe it or not…

It’s quite a bit simpler and easier than straining maximally every session.

SECRET #3- “Traditional Stretching” slows you down for up to 24 hours

If you’ve ever stretched a lot before trying to go out and bomb some drives then you’ve probably noticed this phenomenon.

“Traditional Stretching” actually impairs the explosive speed of your muscles for at least 60 minutes after stretching.

The National Institute of Health (NIH) actually ran a study back in 2014 that found this type of stretching can “impair explosive performance for at least 24 hours”...

It’s safe to say that we don’t want to swing any slower than we have to so be sure to stay away from these before your next round!

SECRET #4- Muscle Fascia tightens even more when performing faster movements

This is another thing you’ve probably noticed.

You do a bunch of stretching, actually feel a lot looser, then proceed to hit some golf balls…

As you work up to full swings with your driver you notice that your muscles STILL want to tense up on you.

This is where a lot of golf instructors will tell you that you need to “slow down” or “relax” to get better results.

This is a band aid “fix” at best.

Because it’s actually your muscle fascia that is tightening up around your muscles.

And the funny thing is that the faster you move, the more it will try to tighten unless you have done something to break it up.

Swinging slower or relaxed does not fix anything...

Because fascia tension is actually a subconscious reflex.

But if you simply break up the tight, stubborn muscle fascia then it won't restrict your muscles full range of motion or tense up on harder swings.

So with that said, here’s what you must do in order to break up the fascia.

SECRET #5- You must do flexibility exercises that directly loosen up your muscle fascia from multiple angles

You must do exercises that work directly on loosening up your tight muscle fascia tissue...

“Traditional Stretching” just pulls on your muscle fascia length-wise…

However, as we’ve already covered, this does next to nothing to break it up.

To actually break it up, you have to use two other methods.

The first is called Fascia Expansion Training, which breaks it up from the inside out.

This can be done simply with a 5lb dumbbell or lighter exercise band.

An interesting thing to note is that Fascia Expansion only takes 5 or less minutes to perform, but actually continues to stretch and break up tight fascia for hours afterwards with no further effort from you.

Pretty wild!

The second is called Fascia Compression Training, which actually breaks up stubborn fascia from the outside in.

This can also be done simply with a variety of things at home.

Both of these types of training can easily be performed at home, the gym or at the golf course.

And they are so effective that even just a few minutes of doing these movements will result in greater flexibility gains than you would get from months worth of “Traditional Stretching” alone!

And don't worry, you don't need any kind of super "fancy" stretching equipment…

InShot_20240414_182525285.jpg

Or crazy difficult routines like yoga or pilates...

InShot_20240414_182555293.jpg

Plus it won't take hours of your time like these other stretching practices will.

SECRET #6- You must use the right flexibility exercises for the specific part of the swing you're aiming to improve

Next you must do the right flexibility exercises for the specific part of the swing you need more flexibility in.

Not just any type of flexibility movements will work for golfers.

Just because you found some flexibility exercise online somewhere, doesn’t mean that it’s going to help your wrist flexibility in your golf swing…

Especially not in specific areas like lag prior to impact, or more wrist cock at the top of your swing.

Here’s an example, let's say your shoulders are tight and are affecting your swing.

Well not just any type of shoulder flexibility exercise will work because it depends on what part of the swing is being limited by your shoulders and how...

Are they limiting the degree of shoulder turn?

Length of arm swing?

Height of hands?

InShot_20240414_184612044.jpg

These are just some of the things that tight shoulders can negatively impact, and at only one part of your swing… the top!

You can see how knowing the right exercises to implement and where is imperative for success.

Each of these must be addressed with the precise flexibility exercises for the job.

SECRET #7- You must perform these last two secrets in the correct order

Finally, you must do the last two secrets in the correct order.

This is where the real "magic" happens…

This uses a method I created called the 3D Flexibility Protocol...

I call it this because it actually breaks up that stiff, tight muscle fascia that's been holding you back in three phases and from three different angles.

The secret is in the sequence.

Doing things in the wrong order is like putting on your shoes before your socks.

It just won’t work like that.

But when done in the right order, it guarantees you will maximize the effectiveness of every single flexibility session.

Including instantly gaining flexibility, starting with your very first session.

I really can’t stress this part enough…

You can get more out of a 5 minute session - if done correctly, than you could from months worth of “Traditional Stretching” incorrectly!

If you implement these 7 SECRETS then I guarantee you will become more flexible than you've been in decades...

And in an extremely short period of time, too!

At this point 1000s of golfers all over the world have used my methods to gain more flexibility

But more recently I even used myself as a case study because I had become the “poster boy” of stiffness.

Screenshot_20221005-205359_InShot-01.jpeg

My buddies may call me "Stretch Armstrong" now.

But I used to be the "Tin Man" because I was so dang stiff.

You see, over the years my swing had gotten shorter from things like age, a more sedentary lifestyle and getting extremely tight and musclebound from lifting heavy weights…

This had all turned me into a human brick wall.

Regaining some lost flexibility from these things were once thought to be nearly impossible...

But I didn't just regain a little of my previous flexibility...

I gained it all back and then some as you can see in the pic!

You can turn back the clock and reverse this process really easily just like me... Starting today!

And here's the best part...

It doesn't matter what your age is...

It doesn't matter how inflexible you were in the past...

It doesn't matter what your golf experience level is...

And it doesn't even matter if you've been "musclebound" from lifting heavy weights for decades...

Because anyone can use this simple method to start getting back their mobility (or more) starting today...

That's the beautiful thing about what zeroing in on the right problem with the correct solution will do for you!

Now Here's The Best News Of All…

You don't have to do what I did and spend years researching biomechanics, sports performance, flexibility/mobility and how all of it applies specifically to the complexity of the golf swing...

I've already done that for you!

I've put together a flexibility program that is uniquely designed to help golfers just like you quickly and easily break up tight muscle fascia from home and finally increase the size of your shoulder turn...

Which will create more torque in your swing, that will translate to higher swing speeds at impact and an overall more effortless swing to boot…

I call it TOUR TORQUE, and it's the exact program I used to go from a 70 degree shoulder turn to 120!

In this video program, I walk you through step-by-step exactly how to do it…

And not only do I guarantee it will work for you, I also guarantee you will experience some instant improvement in your mobility as well...

Starting from your very first session!

Just imagine what being able to make a bigger, fuller shoulder turn will do for you...

You will have more swing speed from the extra torque you've created...

You will be able to swing smoother and still hit the ball farther thanks to a bigger swing arc...

You will have fewer aches and pains so you can enjoy more rounds of golf thanks to added mobility…

The list goes on.

Well, now you don't have to simply imagine!
